This session was recorded at the Spring 2009 meeting of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Archives Conference (MARAC). The panelists introduced Web 2.0 theory and practice and led a discussion of its uses and implications for archives and archivists. This session is of interest to archivists new to Web 2.0 as well as those fluent in its implementation and potential who want to learn what's new in how archives are using Web 2.0 tools. The slides used by the presenters as an outline for their presentation and projected to the audience for a portion of the session are available at http://www.slideshare.net/adravan/web-20-for-archivists-version-2. Links to many of the sites and projects referenced during the 90 minute session can be found at http://archives2point0.wetpaint.com/.
